What is it?

Take part in an exciting workout as you use weighted drumsticks to help you be the music, rather than just listening to it.

Why do it?

Pound is a great way for you to get fit and tone your muscles. Using weighted drumsticks you will hit your way through this intense workout along to energetic music. While you will primarily use your arms, you’ll also work the rest of your body to move around. This means you’ll get all the effects of a full-body workout while having lots of fun. Who is it for?

This is for anyone who wants to take part in an energetic workout while having fun. You can move at your own pace, whatever your ability.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
