What is it?

Follow our on-screen coach as you ride to world class instruction in our purpose-built, theatre-style cycling room. Get fitter, faster and stronger in a 60-minute high-energy class.

Our motivational on-screen coach and theatre-style cycling room will push you to work harder in one of our Myride Coach classes. You’ll work towards improving your fitness and toning the lower body, all while burning calories. Choose a centre below to book your class today.

Who is it for?

This class is for anyone who wants to cycle their way to better fitness. It is a high-energy class but you can move at your own speed to match your ability.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.

How do I Book?
