What is it?

Move through different exercise stations as you take part in a variety of activities and drills. There’s something for everyone in this full body workout, and this light version is great for beginners.

Why do it?

Work at your own pace to exercise the whole body. You’ll move through different exercise stations, completing both a cardio workout and muscle toning. This lighter version of our Circuits class will ease you in and get you on track to achieving your fitness goals. Get rid of the boring treadmills and take part in an exciting, versatile exercise with endless options.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
