What is it?

This is an aerobic workout that will focus on your legs, bottom and stomach muscles.

Why do it?

This class is great for focussing on specific areas of your body. The legs, bottom and stomach are notoriously hard places to lose fat from, and this workout can help to make some headway. Through the class you will go through aerobic movements, combined with toning exercises that are designed to target these specific areas.

Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
