What is it?
Get fit as you learn the art of kickboxing, a combination of kicks from martial arts and punches from traditional boxing.

Try a new sport with like-minded people and in a safe environment all while improving your physical fitness and learning valuable self-defence skills. There is the opportunity to work through different skill levels, from white belt all the way up to black, or you can take part just for fun. Choose a centre below to book your class.
Who is it for?
Kickboxing is great for anyone wanting to improve their fitness by trying a new sport and can be adapted for all abilities.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
