Kettlebells and Studio Cycling/Suspension Training

Intensity Level

What is it?

This varied class is split between two styles to target the whole body. Tone and build strength with kettlebells then move on to either studio cycling or suspension training to complete an effective workout. 

Why do it?

This workout combines the muscle-toning benefits of controlled kettlebell exercises with either the fat-burning advantages of a static bicycle workout or the stregnth and balance-building suspension training. The variety of this class will work the whole body and can help you to lose weight and tone up. Choose a centre below to come along to one of our sessions.

Who is it for?

This class is for those who want to have an all-over workout, without using complicated equipment. You can move at your own pace to match your ability and choose the weight you feel comfortable working with.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
