What is it?

Insanity is a full cardio workout that uses your body as the resistance. Lunge, squat and jump your way through this varied fitness class.

Why do it?

This is a high-intensity workout that can give you dramatic results. Featuring a range of fitness techniques including squats, burpees and on-the-spot sprints, you can work towards your goals of muscle toning, body fat reduction and conditioning of the body. Who is it for?

This workout is for those who want to improve their physical fitness, tone muscles and reduce their body fat. This is an intense workout, so a good level of fitness is recommended, but talk to our instructors to discuss modifications to suit any ability.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
