Who is it for?
This workout is for those who want to improve their physical fitness, tone muscles and reduce their body fat. This is an intense workout, so a good level of fitness is recommended, but talk to our instructors to discuss modifications to suit any ability.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
