What is it?

This pool based high intensity 30 minute session, targets aerobic fitness and core strength This is a high-intensity workout that uses water and equipment to give your metabolism a huge boost.

Why do it?

You'll work through different high intensity exercises in the water to achieve an all-body workout. Taking place in the pool, this class is ideal if you want to really get your core working. You will use high intensity training techniques to work your muscles and achieve an all-body workout. The body exercises that you do will give your metabolism a massive boost, which will help you to reach your fitness goals. Hydro HIIT can lead to weight loss and muscle toning, as well as better all-round fitness.

Who is it for?

This class is NOT for the faint hearted. This is great for anyone that wants to take part in an all-round workout to improve their base fitness.
