What is it?

HTK combines the fat-burning benefits of high-intensity training with effective toning exercises using the TRX and kettlebell weights to provide an energetic workout.

Why do it?

High-intensity training is an effective way to burn fat as you take on different exercises with short rest periods in between. Combining this with the muscle-toning equipment of the TRX and kettlebell weights means you complete a full-body workout that can help you lose weight and define your muscles. The TRX is a piece of suspension training equipment which uses your own body as the resistance and kettlebell weight exercises focuses on the movement of your body, not the size of your muscles. Choose a centre below to see when the next HTK session is.

Who is it for?

This class is for those who want a full workout, geared towards improving muscle strength and definition as well as fat burning. You can choose the weight of your kettlebells so you can increase your strength at your own comfort level.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
