What is it?

This express workout will give your metabolism and fitness a huge boost. Using high-intensity training techniques (HIIT) of a range of exercises with short rest periods, you will get a time-efficient and effective workout.

Why do it?

High-intensity training techniques are great for pushing your body when time is limited. You’ll take on different exercises ranging in intensity with short rest periods in between which means you pack as much into this shorter workout than you could in other classes. Who is it for?

This is for anyone who wants a time-efficient, high-intensity workout. It’s great for boosting the metabolism and working the major muscle groups and you can work at your own pace to match your ability.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
