What is it?
Fight FX combines mixed martial arts movements with conditioning techniques to build fitness, build muscles and tone the body.
Why do it?
This class helps you step up your fitness level. Because of the high intensity of the sessions, you can burn fat, increase base fitness and lose weight. The workout will also tone muscles, and help with posture, balance, and coordination.
Who is it for?
The activity is for anyone that wants to push themselves to step up their fitness, burn fat and build muscle.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
