What is it?

Why do it?
Cycling is an effective fat-burning exercise that also works all of your major muscle groups, keeping them toned and strong. In this class, you will use a static bike to work through a cycling workout led by one of our highly trained instructors. This is a short class, so is ideal for those who don’t have the time to spend hours in the gym but still want a workout that gets the results. Scroll below to find a centre and to book your class.
Who is it for?
This is for anyone who wants to do a high-energy, cycling workout in a structured 30-minute class. You can change the resistance of your bike so you choose how intense your workout is.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
