What is it?

A musical dance class to uplift the body and soul! Dance moves include Charleston, swing, ballet, pop, modern, Latin...

Why do it?

This class is a great way to forget your worries and have some fun! Let yourself go, unwind and forget you're burning calories, improving your co-ordination, posture and fitness.

Who is it for?

ANYONE! All abilities are welcome and no previous dance experience is necessary. Work at your own pace and the 45 minutes will disappear in a flash.
