This class is ideal for those who want to tone up and increase their strength. It is an express workout, so you get all of the benefits in half the time. The workout gets your core working as you use weights, resistance tubes and your own body resistance.
Who is it for?
This is a challenging class but can be adapted for all levels of fitness.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
