What is it?

Enlist in Bootcamp today – together we can do it! Combining drills and circuit-style exercises, this full-body workout is a challenging but rewarding class for people of all fitness levels.

Why do it?

Smash your personal bests as you work through cardio and resistance exercises to improve your general fitness, tone your muscles, and lose weight. Completing drills and circuits in this fun and challenging workout will build your strength and endurance as you create camaraderie with your fellow bootcampers. Who is it for?

The exercises in Bootcamp can be modified for any ability and can help aid weight loss as well as improve general fitness.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
