Who is it for?
This class is for anyone wanting to tone and shape their whole body without adding bulky muscles. You can start with very light weights and build up as your strength improves and our fitness instructors provide options to suit all abilities.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
