What is it?

Get lean, toned and fit - quicker than ever before. Les Mills BODYPUMP Express is a total body, weight-based workout that takes very little time.

Why do it?

You’ll burn calories, build strength, and get toned as you work all of your major muscles along to energetic music. This short workout can get you fit using light weights and high repetition. You’ll develop lean, athletic muscles and our trained instructors will encourage you to work hard and achieve more than you ever would on your own. Who is it for?

This class is for anyone wanting to tone and shape their whole body without spending long hours in the gym.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
