What is it?

Combining aerobics, step, strength and core exercises, Body Blitz tightens and tones the whole body while improving stamina and fitness.

You’ll work through 45 minutes of calorie burning exercises followed by 15 minutes of ab work to tone, shape, and build strength in this high-intensity class. Designed to work the whole body, you’ll be guided through effective moves to increase your stamina, endurance and energy levels. Who is it for?

You’ll have a choice of different intensity options throughout the class so you can move at your own pace and ability. No matter what your fitness level, Body Blitz can help you lose weight and achieve all over toning.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
