What is it?

This pool based low impact running session, targets aerobic fitness and core strength.

Why do it?

You'll work through different running based exercises in the water to achieve an all-body workout. Taking place in the pool, you’ll have a stress-free workout using a variety of exercises and water resistance to work the core muscles. Aqua Jog can lead to weight loss and muscle toning, as well as better all-round fitness.

Who is it for?

This class is open to everyone, especially those who need to protect their joints during exercise.or for those with possible running related injuries
