What is it?

In this fun and lively class, you'll boost your energy, improve your fitness and burn unwanted fat for a more toned body.

Why do it?

Using different exercises to help shed fat and tone all areas of your body, you’ll feel great after one of our stress-relieving, energy-lifting Aerobics classes. Move along to upbeat music and follow our motivational instructors who put a strong emphasis on having fun while you work out. Scroll down to choose a centre and book a class.

Who is it for?

Our Aerobics classes will get you moving and burn calories to tone the whole body. This can be done at your own pace suited to your fitness level.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
