Intensity Level

What is it?

High intensity, choreographed, aerobic workout incorporating exercises to work on upper body, lower body and core.

Why do it?

This class helps to build a good cardiovascular system through the high energy aerobic workout. You will strengthen and tone the whole body through using  body weight exercises.

Who is it for?

A basic level of fitness is required, but alternatives will be given to enable all participants to exercise at own their ability
