What is it?
If you need a varied, all-body workout then 20/20/20 is the class for you. It combines aerobic and toning exercises with different equipment such as the step and hula hoop to help improve your fitness and definition.
Why do it?
The workout is split into three parts, 20 minutes of aerobic training, 20 minutes of toning and 20 minutes of step or hula hooping/pom-poms. These three things combine to offer a full workout that can tone up your whole body and increase fitness.
Who is it for?
The class is varied, so there is something that appeals to everyone and you can work at your own pace.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
