What is it?

Work on your fitness in this gym session specially designed for those with physical disabilities.

Why do it?

Working out in the gym is an effective way to keep fit but it can be hard knowing where to start. Our Ability 2 Play sessions are structured for people with additional needs to learn all about the machines in the gym. This instructor-led class will teach youths about the different equipment and the exercises they can do to achieve an all-over workout. Choose a team below to book onto a session.

Who is it for?

This is for people with physical disabilities who want to take part in a gym session. We run both teen and adult sessions.
